Three Workshops in Tango Technique, taught by Carlota

Carlota's Tango Technique is a series of exercises for individuals designed to improve skills in posture, balance, axis, alignment, torsion, pivoting, turning and flexibility. The classes provide a method for training yourself in the core physical movements of Argentine tango. Strengthen your repertoire of movement skills and build confidence for dancing with any partner.

Discover how embellishments and styling stem from functional technique. Learn how to execute your tango moves with style and precision.

  • Dates: Sundays March 5, March 19, April 2,
  • Time: 2:30-3:30 pm
  • Location: Regent Ballroom
  • Fees: $15 per one class, $30 for all three

Structure: One hour individual training exercises led to music by Carlota.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - OPEN TO EVERYONE

Register at the Regent Ballroom in advance, or come early before class time.
