Carlota's Tango Technique for Women and Men

Carlota's tango technique is a series of exercises for individuals designed to improve skills in posture, balance, axis, alignment, torsion, pivoting, turning and flexibility.

The classes provide a method for training yourself in the core physical movements of Argentine tango. Strengthen your repertoire of movement skills and build confidence for dancing with any partner. Discover how embellishments and styling stem from functional technique.

Learn how to execute your tango moves with style and precision.


Dates: Thursdays December 8 and 15
Time: 7-9pm
Location: Regent Ballroom
Fees: $15 for one class; $25 for both.

Structure: 70 minute individual training exercises to music, followed by 50
minute practice session with one-on-one attention from Carlota.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - OPEN TO EVERYONE

Register at the Regent Ballroom in advance, or come early before class time.
